To check if the Air Mesh Harness fits, you may remove it from the packaging and hold it next to your pet for size comparison. However, for hygiene reasons, returns are not accepted if the harness has been in contact with your pet.
If a returned harness is found to be stained, worn, covered in pet hair, has an odour, or has been washed, it will not be sent back to you. Instead, it will be donated to a local animal shelter. Due to frequent returns of used products, we must enforce these rules regarding fitting and returns.
