It can also help after a course of antibiotics or during periods of stress or illness. This supplement, which contains prebiotics and probiotics, promotes a natural and regular bowel movement. The powder is rich in fibre, which contributes to healthy intestinal transit.

Instructions for use of Dr. Ann's Probiotics

For oral use. The powder can be mixed with food or a treat. To prevent the powder from dispersing, mix it with a small amount of lukewarm water and let it stand for about 15 to 30 minutes. In acute situations, treatment typically lasts from several days up to 3 weeks. Continue for a few more days after improvement. For chronic issues, results usually appear after 1 to 3 weeks. This product can be used long-term when effective. Dr. Ann's Probiotics is not a substitute for a balanced, complete diet. Store the jar in a dry place at room temperature (<25°C).

Inulin Frutafit HD 300 mg, Actilight fructo-oligosaccharides (FOS) 100 mg, Probiotic mix (1.0 x 10^9 CFU per gram) 41.7 mg, consisting of the following bacterial cultures: Bifidobacterium lactis, Enterococcus faecium, Lactobacillus acidophilus, Lactobacillus paracasei, Lactobacillus plantarum, Lactobacillus salivarius and Lactococcus lactis.
Dr. Ann's Probiotics contains 1.0 billion CFU per gram of powder at production.
