What if the Hunter Collar Havanna Mini does not fit?
To check whether the Hunter Collar Havanna Mini fits, you may remove the collar from the packaging and hold it next to your dog. This allows you to check whether it fits. For hygiene reasons, you may not return the collar if it has been in contact with your pet. If, upon return, we find that the collar is stained, worn, contains hair, smells dirty or has been washed, the product will not be returned to you. It will then be donated to a good cause, a local animal shelter. As we are often faced with products that are not returned in new condition, we unfortunately have to apply these rules for trying on and or returning products.
