If we notice upon return that the car seat is stained, worn, contains dog hair, smells dirty, or has been washed, it will not be sent back to you. Instead, it will benefit a charitable cause (local shelter). As we often face products not returned in new condition, we unfortunately have to apply these rules for fitting and/or returning.
