What if the Pomppa Kevyt Dog Coat does not fit?
To check whether the Pomppa Kevyt Dog Coat fits, you may remove the coat from the packaging and hold it next to your pet. This allows you to check whether it fits. For hygiene reasons, you may not return the coat if it has been in contact with your pet. If, upon return, we find that the coat is stained, has been worn, contains dog hair, smells unpleasant or has been washed, the product will not be returned to you. It will then be donated to a good cause, namely a local shelter. As we are often faced with products that are not returned in new condition, we are unfortunately obliged to apply these rules for trying on and/or returning products.
