Ruffwear K9 Float Coat

As temperatures rise, dogs are quick to look for methods of cooling themselves down and most commonly they turn to water to do so. Some dogs, however, aren't very good swimmers. The Ruffwear Float Coat offers a solution to make sure that your dog is safe when you take them on a boat, allow them to play in water or take them for a swim. The strategically-placed closed cell foam pads allow your dog to maintain a natural swimming position and the strong, optimally-positioned handle that allows you to effortlessly lift your dog out of the water. The life vest can be adjusted to ensure a comfortable fit for your dog and the sheltered buckles keep the life jacket firmly in place. Other key features include:

• Reflective trim for high visibility at night or in low-lighting conditions
• Light loop at the top that you can attach the Beacon to
• Water-compatible webbing that remains stable in wet environments
• Sheltered buckles for a stream-lined jacket

Please note that the Ruffwear K9 Float Coat does not cover the entire back of the dog. The above measurements are based on the Float Coat.

The chest size should be measured behind the front legs of the dog.

Ruffwear K9 Float Coat is available in Sockeye Red, Wave Orange and Blue Atoll.

What if the Ruffwear K9 Float Coat does not fit?

The Ruffwear K9 Float Coat can be removed from the packaging and held up next to the dog in order to check whether it fits. For hygiene reasons, the Ruffwear K9 Float Coat cannot be returned if it has come into contact with your pet. If we find that the returned product is stained, worn, contains animal hair, smells or has been washed after use, we cannot return the product to you. In this event, it will be donated to a charity (local shelter). As we are often confronted with products that are returned in a less than new condition, we have to apply these rules for fitting and/or returning products.
