What if the Ruffwear Climate Changer Fleece Jacket does not fit

To check if the Climate Changer fits, you may take the jacket out of its packaging and hold it next to your pet. This way you can check if it fits. You may not return the coat for hygienic reasons if it has been in contact with your pet. If we find upon return that the coat is stained, worn, contains dog hair, smells dirty or has been washed, the product will not be returned to you. It will then benefit a charity (local shelter). As we are often faced with products that are not returned in new condition, we unfortunately have to apply these rules for fitting and/or returning them.
