What if my dog/cat does not fit in the Trixie Backpack Chloe?

To check if the Trixie Backpack Chloe fits, you may remove it from the packaging and compare it alongside your pet. For hygiene reasons, you cannot return the backpack if it has been in contact with your animal. If we notice on return that the backpack is stained, contains hair, smells, or has been washed, it will not be sent back to you. It will instead be donated to a local animal shelter. As we often receive products that are not returned in new condition, we must unfortunately apply these rules for trying on and/or returning items.
