Trixie Dog Bike Trailer
The Trixie Dog Bike Trailer makes it possible to enjoy longer cycling trips together with your dog. When a walk or bike ride becomes too strenuous, your dog can rest comfortably in the trailer. This makes the bike trailer particularly suitable for older dogs, dogs with reduced fitness, or dogs recovering from illness or an injury. The trailer features a sturdy steel construction with polyester cover. For a comfortable ride, the trailer comes with a removable padded mat. Thanks to the front and rear door, your dog can easily get in and out. The front mesh insert can be covered with a rain cover, while the top mesh insert can be closed with a roll-up cloth. This keeps ventilation intact and protects your dog from different weather conditions.
For extra safety on the road, the trailer is equipped with reflective elements, a safety flag with reflective material, and an integrated short lead holder. The included coupling ensures easy attachment to the bike. The coupling is also available separately for when the existing coupling is no longer available or if a second coupling is needed. The trailer is also foldable, allowing it to be stored compactly when not in use. Sizes M and L have two side pockets for extra storage space. In addition, a jogging kit is available separately for these two sizes separately available, so the trailer can be converted into a dog stroller.
Converting into a dog stroller
The Trixie Dog Bike Trailer can easily be converted into a dog stroller with the separately available jogging kit. This set features a 360-degree swivelling front wheel for optimum manoeuvrability, a locking brake, and a non-slip bracket for extra ease of use. This makes the trailer suitable not only for cycling trips, but also for walks with your dog. Please note: the jogger conversion kit is sold separately and is only available for sizes M and L.
