Chicory
Chicory is a plant-based product. Chicory is a source of dietary fibre, supports good digestion and the breakdown of fat. It also contains the balancing fibre inulin. Inulin acts as a prebiotic and promotes a healthy gut flora, stimulating the growth of “good” bacteria in the intestines.
