Mühldorfer Hay Cobs Dust-Free are produced from a natural mix of grasses and herbs growing on permanent pastures in the Bavarian Alps. Thanks to a careful production process, essential nutrients are preserved, creating a fibre-rich base that supports a balanced diet. The firm pressing encourages intensive chewing, which increases saliva production and ensures gradual intake. This contributes to good digestion and stable stomach balance. The virtually dust-free composition makes these hay pellets particularly suitable for horses with sensitive airways or allergies. They can be used as a supplement to forage or as a complete hay replacer when hay quality is insufficient. For horses without dental problems, these pellets are ideal for feeding dry and are also practical to use.

Not suitable for
Soaking. Due to the hard compression, some pellets may not fully dissolve even after a long time, which can pose a feeding risk. For soaking, we recommend the medium-sized hay pellets, as these dissolve more easily and quickly.
Usage
Feed no more than 2 kg per meal*. If you wish to feed a larger amount, divide it into several feedings. Mühldorfer Dust-Free Hay Cobs must be chewed thoroughly, so it is advisable to start with small portions and monitor your horse’s eating behaviour to allow it to adapt gradually. These hay pellets contain no added vitamins or trace elements. To meet your horse’s daily requirements for vitamins, minerals and trace elements, it is important to supplement the diet with a high-quality mineral supplement of your choice.
